Applies to all miniatures listed as such.  Small Packet is fast - usually two weeks or less but is uninsured.  I have been using it since I started selling and as you can tell from my feedback I haven't had any problems.  Still this shipping is at the buyers risk.  Upgrading to Expedited (insured and tracked)  is at buyers expense and would be about $15 but only in the US and Canada (request a quote for all other locations).  Any purchase in Canada and the US totalling $300 or more is upgraded to Expedited free of charge.
