Payment method and Shipping:   Items will be shipped out to you, as we will receive clear payment. If money is in hold or payment has a pending status items will not be sent until payment clears.  Normally we will send your items within one business day after clear payment received. However, we need to inform that there may be occasions when the items will be sent within three business days.  Please check your name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail carefully before checkout.  We will be shipping to address that’s listed in your eBay account. So, information there should be correct.  All deliveries that are sent from us will be registered deliveries. This is not our chose that’s how our post office works. Estimate delivery time: 14-30 business days. All shipments are provided with tracking number.  We are not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes that may apply on international shipments.  All items that are in our store are shipped from European Union - Latvia.  In case, if the item is not picked up from the post office and is sent back to us, you will be refunded partial price. When the item will be delivered back to us, we will refund the amount that was payed for item, but not the delivery cost. 

If an item goes missing, please allow 30 days to pass after the date of posting. A claim to recipient post service cannot be made until this time period has passed. After complaining, the country of the recipient has 60 days to find the order and deliver it to the recipient. Return policy:   If you decide to return item, you need to contact us within 30 days after you received item.  Item must be returned unused and in unopened original package, as it was sent to you.  Refund or a replacement item will be sent only after we receive back item you want to return.
