I had to increase the price a bit. The fees here are going through the roof.  If you order 2 or 3 bags of tea the shipping remains the same as mailing 1 bag.  In a way no extra cost to you and less fees I have to pay.  Hope this makes sense. I have for your consideration this English Favorite CREAM EARL GREY loose leaf black tea. You are buying a choice of sizes here.  Your choices  1/4+ lbs (125 grams) 1/2+ lbs (250 grams) or the 1.1 lb (500 gram) bag of this tea. You are looking at making about 50 to 200 or so --  6 ounce cups of tea depending on the quantity you buy.   FOLKS, this works out to 18 to 24 cents for a 6 ounce cup of tea depending on the the desired strength of the tea you brew. .
You know, up here the local T*m's charges more than a dollar for a cup of tea. I am sure St*rb*cks is the same down south. A dollar for a tea bag in a cup, imagine what they would charge for FRESH TEA LEAVES in your cup.... much better value here and the tea tastes better also. Click on the BUY IT NOW button to get this tea now and experience this premium grade Cream Earl Grey tea today...
Please note:  The tea company recently changed the natural flavoring component of this tea to organic compliant natural flavoring.  The taste has been altered a bit.  I have been doing a quick wash to dummy down the flavor.   I use enough hot water to cover the tea. Then I do a quick swirl then pour off the water. This is like a 30 second process. Then I fill the pot with hot water and enjoy the tea.  Worth a try it works for me.  For the 125g and the 250 gram packages I will package your tea in my vacuum sealed - resealable bags designed to ensure  freshness and prevent unintentional flavor transfer. For the 1.1 lb. (500 gram bag) (if available) the tea is packaged in a nitrogen flushed, vacuum sealed bag.
Payment and Shipping: Buyers can pay for the Tea through PayPal. I can take credit card orders over the phone.  In Canada Interac bank transfer is available   All packages are shipped via Canada Post.
THE APPROXIMATE cost for shipping to CANADA $22  to $28 depending where you live.

The APPROXIMATE cost to mail to the USA $24 depending where you live.
Delivery to the USA using the rates above DOES include a tracking number.

Overseas buyers can expect to pay double the rates the USA pays for 500 grams.  I have this listing set for the 1.1 lb shipping rate.  If you buy a 1/4 lb and the shipping rate is for the cost to mail a pound of tea I will fix it for you.  Shipping costs are in Canadian dollars. The shipping calculator will not work with my new shipping company. When buying tea ask for a invoice.  The shipping calculator will give higher rates than are needed to mail the teas. The Tea:

ABOUT CREAM EARL GREY:
Earl Grey is world renowned as a classic English tea – probably as famous as the Tower Bridge or Big Ben.
If you are fan of Earl Grey and haven’t tried Cream Earl Grey yet, you’re in for a treat.
Cream Earl Grey has a taste that’s smooth with vanilla overtones that stand out above the premium bergamot flavor – the signature taste of Earl Grey.
This is a tea that would complement a royal meal or any another aristocratic occasion for that matter!
One has to assume that Charles Grey himself (1764-1845) would have strongly approved of this delicacy.
What type of tea do we use, how do we flavor the tea and why do we use natural flavors?
Firstly... we only use high grown teas from the top 3 tea growing regions of Sri Lanka - Nuwara Eliya, Dimbula and Uva.
These three high-grown districts produce flavorful teas that have classic ‘Ceylon’ tea character which is noted by floral bouquet and flavor notes, touches of mild astringency, bright coppery color and, most importantly - perfect for use as the base tea of our flavored teas. (We have tested teas from various other origins around the world as base stock for our flavored teas, but none of these teas made the grade.)
Dimbula and the western estates of Nuwara Eliya have a major quality peak during Jan/Feb, whereas Uva and the eastern estates of Nuwara Eliya have their peak in July/Aug.
This ‘dual peak period’ allow us to buy the best for our flavored tea blends several times during the year, ensuring top quality and freshness.
Secondly… we use flavoring oils not crystals to give the tea drinker an olfactory holiday before indulging in a liquid tea treat.
Thirdly… we specify natural flavors. High quality tea tastes good and natural flavors do not mask the natural taste of the high grown Ceylon tea.
(The norm for many making flavored tea is to use overpowering artificial flavors, which can be used to hide lower quality tea).
Natural flavors do not leave an aftertaste giving the tea a clean and true character.
It should be noted that natural flavors tend to be somewhat ‘soft ‘ and the flavors slightly muted, but for many this is a refreshing change and one of the desired attributes of our naturally flavored teas.

A cup of black tea steeped in boiled water for 5 minutes will contain between 27 to 35 mg of caffeine – about the same amount as an equal serving of Coca-Cola. An equal sized cup of coffee will contain between 80 – 100 mg of caffeine.
Caffeine quickly becomes soluble in very hot water. If you wish to reduce the caffeine level in this tea, rinsing the tea leaves in extremely hot water will reduce the caffeine content between 25-50% with only a minor effect on taste.

Estimated Antioxidant Guide: 7.50% polyphenols by dry weight. HP-AT=Very High Polyphenol Antioxidant Tea.
Note: The longer you steep your tea the more polyphenols will be extracted. (Test results based on 5 minutes steeping time.
Polyphenol percentages may fluctuate with lot, grade of tea, testing method, temperature of water and freshness of tea)

Energy Saving Tip: Don’t over-fill your kettle. Boil only the water you need for the amount of tea you are serving.
It is recommended that you use about 40-50ml (2-4 ounces) more water then required to account for steam loss and avoiding any calcification in your kettle.
** Note: The longer brewing time for stronger tea, may be too astringent for some tastes – but, more polyphenols will be extracted!

Hot tea brewing method:
Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Add desired quantity of loose-leaf tea to your teapot.
Infuse with freshly boiled water, cover and let steep for 3-8 minutes in accordance to desired strength.

Iced tea brewing method: (Make 1 liter/quart):
Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil.
Place 6 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Infuse with 1 ¼ cups boiled water and let steep for 5 minutes. Next, fill a large pitcher ¼ full of freshly drawn cold water.
Strain brewed tea into pitcher with the cold water. Fill the remainder of the pitcher with ice and top up with more cold water. Sweeten to taste, garnish and serve.
(Note: Some premium quality teas may turn cloudy when poured over ice. This is a sign of quality leaf and nothing to worry about!)

HEALTH AND WELLNESS NOTES: • Black tea comes from the same plant as green and white teas, (Camellia Sinensis) and is an excellent source of antioxidants and polyphenols.
• A Dutch study published by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that the risk of heart attack in people who drank 3 or more cups of black tea per day was 1/2 that of non-black tea drinkers.
The study also found that the risk of dying from a heart attack, if they had one, was reduced by 1/3rd.* *
