This is a custom built dollhouse late 1960s/early 1970s It is very heavy-70+ pounds, made of wood and plaster like a real house. Affixed to a solid wood base. Attached garage with electric wiring, I have not tried to use the wiring.. it is connected to lights in every room. Vintage shag carpet in each room, as well as vintage wallpaper. There is a tiled bathroom upstairs in back of red carpet room. Spiral staircase Large outdoor balcony with vintage linoleum tiles Outdoor plant beds around house with vintage glass tiles and plastic flowers Affixed doghouse Cement chimney This is a fixer upper dollhouse! Over 2 feet tall (28.5”) 2 feet wide 3 feet long/across (37”) This would make a great haunted house transformation!
