Payment                    PayPal is the only way to go on eBay!

                                    Payment is requested within 3 days of the end of the auction please.  

Insurance                  Included by Canada Post automatically on most shipments.  Additional insurance is generally not required or offered.      

Sales Taxes              We are a registered company in the province of British Columbia, Canada.  We must therefore charge the appropriate sales taxes on all sales within Canada.  No sales taxes apply to shipments sent outside of Canada.  For the record, our federal GST registration number is 11947 4963 RT0001.

Shipping                   Our shipping & handling costs include actual postage incurred as well as the costs of all shipping materials used.  We strive to keep these charges as low as possible and review them carefully for reasonableness on each & every item offered.

All packages will be shipped by Canada Post airmail, usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment.   We do communicate with our customers, and will confirm actual shipment date by email.

If you are outside of Canada, please remember that there may be delays shipping packages across borders & through customs. We have no control over this!  Please note that Hockey Only also cannot be held responsible for any taxes or import duties your country may charge when the goods arrive.  

International            Hockey Only generally ships worldwide.

Combined Sales      We do our best to keep postage & handling charges to their absolute minimum with each item.   If you are the winning bidder or wish to purchase more than one item of ours at the same time, we will combine the items to reduce your overall shipping cost, as long as the items can be shipped together.   Actual savings will vary depending on the items involved and where they are being shipped.  Email us for details if you want, before you purchase or bid on more than one item.   If you do purchase more than one listing, be sure to wait for us to send you an invoice with everything combined into one charge.

Return Policy           Hockey Only has always guaranteed satisfaction with our customers.   If you send your purchases back within 7 days of receipt, a full refund will be issued to you (except for postage & handling charges), as long as the goods you return are in the same condition as when sold by Hockey Only.  Contact us 1st by email if you have any problems at all!
