If your product is damaged in shipping, please make note of the damage with the freight carrier when the product is delivered then contact us so we can initiate an insurance claim. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product, prior to returning the product please contact us for a Return Authorization number, we will Send you a prepaid Return Shipping label to return the item and ship the correct item immediately. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, and it is still brand new and in original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for credit or refund, excluding any shipping costs. The item and packaging must be in new resale condition with all original tags ATTACHED, including the condition of the original packaging,  If the item has been installed it cannot be returned, garments that have been worn or washed and do not have the tags attached/or are not in original packaging may not be returned.  Please contact us prior to returning an item for a Return Authorization Number, By E-mail Only Fill out the return form that came with your shipment and enclose it in the package with your Return Authorization # printed on it. Shoe boxes must be shipped inside another cardboard box to prevent damage to the original box. Please ensure that all items are returned in packaging similar to which they were delivered in.  Items delivered in boxes may not be returned in envelopes.  If the proper return procedure is not followed, the package will not be accepted and will be returned.
