USE & CONDITION Dealer display shown to potential customers in a glass-enclosed cabinet.  No handling allowed.  Then stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-free stockroom.   No chips, cracks, or other deficits noted.  Box and sleeve with expected shelf wear given the age of this item.

STORE COMMENTS ** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection.  In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos.  We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. For serious buyers, we are more than happy to take pictures of the individual items prior to shipment at the buyer's direction. Shippers, masked and gloved, then place your purchase into the final shipping box. This process does not harm your collectible nor change the printing on the box.
