You are viewing a late 19th Century Mckee and Brothers Early American Pressed Glass Cologne Perfume Bottle. This gem is circa 1898 and is done in the pattern “Lone Star” also called “Squat Pineapple”. Like most early pressed glass this item does illuminate a light yellow under UV/black light.  The bottle is in very good pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks, nicks or breaks, the stopper has a small chip on end(see last photo) and inside neck of bottle shows glass on glass wear from years of use. It measures 7 ½” high with the stopper on, the bottle is 5 ½” high without stopper and its body is 2 ½” in diameter, all dimensions are approximations.

All Antique, Depression, Mid Century and Vintage period glass is subject to manufacturing blemishes, air bubbles, shear marks, straw marks, tool marks, heavy mold seams, etc.
