ABOUT US FAQs PAYMENTS SHIPPING RETURNS FEEDBACK

We accept the following payments:

  • All purchases are done through PayPal which accepts a wide range of payment methods.
  • PayPal accepts most major credit credits including MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover and Debit Cards.
  • If the buyer has a PayPal account, they also have the option of using their PayPal Balance or any Checking/Savings Accounts which are linked and verified by PayPal. An E-Check is another method but just note that we have to wait until the check clears before we can ship out the packages. E-Checks can take up to 3 or more days while the other methods are instant payments.

Combined Payment Method

  • When a buyer purchases more than one item from us, the buyer can send us a combined payment instead of having to pay for each item separately.
  • EBay will automatically email the buyer a combined invoice which will contain all of the items purchased and a combined total including any shipping fees.
  • We allow the buyer 14 days to send us the full amount of the combined payment. When a payment has not been received within the 14-day timeframe, we assume the buyer no longer wants the products at which time we will open a claim with eBay in order to void the purchase.
  • Many combined payment transactions will include discounted rates on shipping and other promotions. Please refer to the Shipping Policy tab to learn about the great discounts and promotions we offer.

Payment Procedures For Customers:

  • The buyer is expected to pay for the item(s) being purchased plus all shipping fees, if applicable, within 72 hours of the eBay purchase.
  • For item(s) purchased from a "Best Offer" the buyer will be emailed an invoice at which time the buyer has 72 hours to pay for item(s) and any applicable shipping fees.
  • When a payment has not been received within 72 hours, a claim will be immediately opened with eBay in order to void the sale. The buyer should be informed that eBay could revoke the buyer's selling and/or buying privileges when a buyer has multiple unpaid strikes against them.
  • Purchased item(s) will not be shipped until the payment has totally cleared with PayPal. If more than one transaction has been made and all the items are being shipped in the same box, the package will not be shipped until all payments have cleared for all the items.

Processing Time:

  • Normally we will process and ship your item within 1 business day of the buyer's payment clearing with PayPal. In rare cases it could take up to 3 business days of payment clearing.
  • Please note that processing is done from Monday thru Friday and sometimes on Saturday. So if an item is bought Friday afternoon, it might not ship out until Monday.
  • Remember that shipping will not proceed until payment and any associated postage fee(s) has been cleared thru PayPal.

Domestic Shipping FAQs:

  • We ship to all 50 states and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Guam.
  • We make every effort to use the most cost effective method of shipping. In most instances we use USPS Priority Mail for domestic locations so your package should arrive 2 - 3 days after it has been shipped.
  • USPS Priority Mail provides tracking information which will be emailed to the buyer shortly after the package(s) has shipped.
  • When shipping a valuable package we might require a signature for delivery, where the buyer will be notified shortly after the package(s) has shipped.

International Shipping FAQs:

  • We do allow limited international sales for some of our products where consideration is taken on its size and weight.
  • When we offer international sales, we use eBay's Global Market Shipping Program.
  • Customers will be responsible for all customs fees and taxes from their locale.
  • Please note that tracking information might not be available with certain shipping methods we use.

Shipping Discounts & Promotions

  • We offer shipping discounts for combined purchases so the buyer does not pay more shipping than is needed.  
  • Our shipping discounts work for both USPS Priority Flat Rates and Calculated Rates which is our standard shipping method. Priority Flat Rate is based on subtracting the set postage prices while Priority Calculated is based on subtracting the weight of the package.
  • In some instances we might refund some of the shipping amount which is determined per transaction.

Damaged Products:

  • Upon receiving a package that looks damaged as a result of shipping please take a photo of the box before opening and document any damage. If the contents are damaged please email us photos of the damaged box and the contents so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We do not accept returns on any of our items, however, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you are unhappy with the item(s) you purchased, please let us know so we can work together to resolve the problem. The following sections contain our policies and guidelines for returns. Please read through all the policies and guidelines before opening a return claim.


Acceptable Return Guidelines:

  • The item(s) is defective.
  • The wrong item(s) was shipped.
  • The item(s) was damaged during shipping. In this case a clear photo must be taken of the damaged box and contents. Please email us the photos and any notes before opening a claim.
  • The item(s) is missing a part and that part is visible in the photographs for the listing or the description states that the part is supposed to be included with the purchase. Normally if a part is missing, it will be stated in the description or under the items condition section.
  • Either the title of the listing, the description and/or the photographs do not match each other. Mistakes do happen and it was not intended.

Non-Acceptable Return Guidelines:

  • The buyer does not want the item(s) anymore.
  • The buyer does not like the item(s) purchased.
  • The buyer found the item(s) cheaper somewhere else.
  • The buyer was unaware of the item(s) condition. For used or open box item(s) we try to give a honest evaluation of the item. Read the listings condition section and study the photographs. If the buyer feels the condition section does not match the item(s) received, contact us so we can try to work something out.

Item Condition Policy For Returns

Before a refund can be issued the buyer must return the item(s) in the same condition it was received, not used or altered in any way. The buyer must also include, in the same condition it was received, the following:

  • All original packaging including boxes, bags, tags and UPCs
  • All parts and/or accessories such as cords, batteries, memory cards etc.
  • All manuals, owners guide, certificates, warranties and/or rebate cards that were included
  • Any "Free Gifts" or "Bonus Items" that were included
  • All the items included in a bundle

Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you do not, you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and/or selling privileges and a suspension of your account.


Seller's Responsibility For Returns

  1. After a return is accepted the seller will provide a method for returning the item(s) back to the seller. Usually an USPS shipping label will be emailed to the buyer. In some instances money will be sent through PayPal to the buyer to cover the cost of postage. Detailed instructions will be emailed to the buyer including which shipping carrier to use, the shipping method, the box size/type and any addons such as requiring a signature.
  2. Once the seller receives the returned item(s) and declares that all the criteria under the "Item Condition Policy For Returns" has been met, the buyer will be issued a full refund.
  3. A full refund will include the full amount the buyer paid for the item(s) and all shipping fees associated with sending the item(s) to the buyer. For international shipping the seller will only refund the domestic shipping amount under eBay's WorldWide Shipping Program. The seller will not refund any customs fees and/or taxes from the buyer's locale.

Buyer's Responsibility For Returns

  1. After a return has been accepted and a method for postage has been sent, the Buyer must ship back the item(s) within 72 hours of normal business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. If there is a delay in shipping, please let us know as soon as possible.

  5. If the buyer opens a return claim but then decides to keep the item(s), please cancel the return claim within 48 hours of issuing it.

  • Do you offer combined payments?
  • Yes, we offer a combined payment when multiple items are ordered. In this instance you will receive an invoice with a combined total at which you have 14 days to make a payment for the full amount.
  • Do you use stock photography or take your own photos of the products?
  • All of our product photographs are taken by us. We take great care to provide original photos that are high quality and accurate. What you see in the photographs is what you get. We never use stock photography or photos pulled from the web.
