Warranty and Return Please Message or Email us first if you would like return any product. Prior return authorization is required for warranty or returns. Protec Online is not held liable for any costs incurring by you in returning products to us for exchange. Postage and Handling fee must be paid in full by you before Protec Online resends the alternative products to you. For faulty items: A. If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment. If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer: • We will fully refund the purchase price, or • We will provide a replacement. B. If an item is assessed that is not faulty, Postage and Handling fee is required to pay to Protec Online to resend your item back.
