All orders under $100 in the US will be charged at the highest shipping cost in your order + $1.50 more per listing when combined using the ADD TO CART.  Orders over $100 using the ADD TO CART will be shipped free in the US when paid for in one combined payment for your total order. 

We DO combine auctions with buy it now purchases. When bidding on auctions please wait for those to be done, then use the add to cart for any store purchases, request a total and proceed to checkout. Your order will combine automatically before payment is sent.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:

We ship all orders within 4 business days from date of payment. If special order latex molds are included in your order this could delay shipping a few extra days. 

We ship to addresses on file with ebay only so  please make sure your address is current and without any errors for a smooth shipping experience.

We ship worldwide so please allow enough time for your order to arrive. Tracking is sent with every order which allows you to follow your order and be aware of when it will be arriving.

Please note custom fees are not included in shipping costs on international orders and may be charged once the shipment arrives to its destination.  These are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 TERMS OF SALE:

In case the item is defective or you were sent the wrong item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange to either reship or refund once the defect or issue has been confirmed. Please help us to resolve in a timely manner by sending photos if requested.

RETURNS:

We have a 14 day limit on all returns.

Buyer pays return cost if return is anything other than a defective or incorrect order along with 20% restocking fee.

Seller is responsible for any shipping costs if order was incorrect or a defect was present in your purchase.  We may choose to ship again or refund depending on the problem.
