Do you really want to use a generic neck plate, one that just screams repro? I didn’t think so.

Take a good look at the photos, this is a genuine Fender replacement part stamped with a custom number. It can be any number you like up to 7 characters, numbers or letters. But, get this… after seven years of searching, I have found the same type machine Fender originally used, so if accuracy is a concern, this is as close as it gets.
