NEW Rotary Vane vacuum pump for Brake Boosters

This vacuum pump used in the compact design is a Rotary Vane style pump which is 60% quieter than the noisy "Piston Style" pumps on the market today.  

Delivers up to 25 " of vacuum in seconds

This vacuum pump is also 30% more efficient giving you the required vacuum in less time which extends the life of the pump & makes your ride much more enjoyable.

Each vacuum brake booster pump is pre-wired and tested on the assembly line to ensure a trouble-free and easy installation.  Installation is a breeze with a 2-wire power hookup and base-plate mounting template.

Installation step :

It is designed to supply your brake booster with a steady vacuum between 18”-25” Hg. Pls confirm your request before buying it.

Step 1.First,install the pump in a suitable location using the rubber insulators to mount to the vehicle.We strongly recommend the unit is mounted to a frame rail or other solid mounting location.

Step 2.Next,wire the fuse red wire to a positive(+) ignition switched 12V power source.Black Wire to Ground.

Positive(+) connection must be a switched source , or pump will run with key off

The circuit used for connection must have an 20 amp fuse

Step 3.Then,connect the vacuum pump connector to the fuse wire harness connector.

Connect pressure switch connectors to the other two wire harness connectors. Noted: I have connect the pressure

switch connector to wireharness. You only need connect the pump to wireharness connector.

Step 4.Lastly,connect the vacuum pump inlet port to 2L reservoir port.and connect another port on reservoir to Power Brake Booster by tube assembly. Clamp each connector fully.

Step 5.Congratulations, you have completed the installation of the vacuum pump!
