Shipping:  All order will be shipped from Japan through Japan Post or DHL after the item is released from Disney Store Japan for Pre-Order and a cleared payment is confirmed. A signature is required on delivery. All of trackable International shipping by Japan Post requires a signature on delivery for secure delivery. If buyer cannot be responsible to go to post office to collect package, please refrain from buying from us.

I pack the item carefully. A tracking number is included.

• The item will be shipped only to registered address.
• The item will be shipped by Signed-for shipping Registered Airmail (Signed-for shipping) or EMS  via Japan Post or DHL. 
• US buyer: For Expedited shipping I don't ship to PO BOX because DHL don't ship or deliver to USPS Post office box (PO BOX).
• Signature is required on delivery. Please pick up your package at post office / DHL or arrange for redelivery when you miss delivery or the package is held at post office. 
• When you miss delivery to sign for, the package would be held at post office. Then please go to post office or DHL to collect your package as soon as possible or arrange for redelivery. It's buyer's responsibility (recipient's) to collect parcel at post office quickly. Paying Import taxes and Customs duties are also buyer's responsibility.

Lowest Registered Airmail fee (Registered Airmail fee to Asia) & handling fee is included to the item price, so Actual shipping fee (Japan Post postage and shipping material fee/handling fee) is different from this item S&H fee. Actual shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable. In case the package is returned to me, there is 17% restocking fee.

The package would be held at post office or DHL when no one is there to sign for on delivery. Tracking number & shipping company will be notified once package is shipped in Japan.
