KAISER Dresden Style 15" Porcelain 2 Part 3 Light Candelabra Applied Flowers. Kaiser - West Germany 15" tall 3 light/candle two part candelabra - white porcelain with gold accents and pink blue and yellow applied flowers with green leaves. Amazingly there are no chips, not even on the delicate flowers and leaves. It comes apart, thus the 2 part, I guess for easier storage when not in use. Just remember to always pick up by the bottom base and not just the top unless you opt to permanently to glue the two piece together. Being made in West Germany means it had to have been manufactured after 1949 and before 1990.
