Rare antique Victorian to early Edwardian era wheel cut crystal & brass 4" desk top single inkwell with stair step style cut triple pen or quill holder grooves, faceted lid and wonderful condition & decorative appeal!  We've always just loved antique inkwells whether they're sterling silver, great old Black Forest carved pieces, wonderful French Empire style or these larger cut crystal pieces. We've actually had several of our inkwells listed in antique inkwell reference books over the years. This one in sparkling wheel cut crystal and a fabulous addition for the inkwell enthusiasts or a marvelous decorative accent for your desk top. Very good condition.  A tiny nip or two possible and some scratches or scuffs on the base but no larger chips, damage or repairs to note.  See pictures for all measurements.
