Item:152708847751Description This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. It is made of walnut and is painted. The top has carved flowers on 3 sides. The shaft has unusual cut outs giving it an art deco skyscraper look. It is notched for the step but freestanding. Measurements are 55 tall by 9.75 square. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There is a crack at the base that can be repaired. Please look at the pictures carefully. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and MichelleCondition:Please read description carefully.
