Antique 1960s USSR Korosten Odarka Mug Cup Figurine Two faces, Janus head.

For sale, are only The male cups. These whimsical mugs are beautiful!

The Mugs come from the Ukrainian Korosten factory, made between 1962-1972.

There are two types of mugs, The first is Odarko, a hero of the Ukrainian opera "Zaporozhets za Dunaem" showing her famous mood swings-- one on each side; and second is a Cossack man, much more relaxed with a pleasant expression and a pipe!

Made out of porcelain with blue (cobalt) on white with gold accents.

Dimensions:

Male - 3 3/4" H x 4 1/4" W x 3.5" D

Condition:

Very good. No nags, cracks or anything.
