What happens if I don't receive my order in a due time?
Although it is very rare that an item goes missing in Canada, USA and Europe, however, if it is taking longer than stated or expected delivery, please do not panic, and contact us preferably via eBay messaging system letting us know that you have not received your product, we will then respond to your query as soon as we can, normally within 24 Hours explaining why or what had caused the delay. If after a certain time explained, you do not get your item, you will then be refunded in full.
The most common cause of delays in some countries in South America including Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Peru and in Russia, Romania, and Ukraine are their Customs at port those hold the item for longer periods and release them after a certain time which causes the delay, although it may not be the case every time.
