In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 7 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment.

If the package/product is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse the package as being damaged and contact us immediately (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier).
