The item is original Russian manufacture not recent Chinese or Indian. It's more likely the loader was manufactured in the late 40s or early 50s as in Russia PPSH-41 went out of service in 1951.
Will perfectly fit your PPSH-41 collection. Great accessory for WW2 reenacting.
