Butcher’s Blend Sausage Seasoning is spicy and packed with flavors from the choicest herbs, red peppers and black pepper. Each 8 oz. bag correctly seasons 25 lbs. of meat or use 3 teaspoons of seasoning per 1 lb. of meat.
TO MAKE FRESH SAUSAGE YOU NEED:
25.0 Lbs. Boneless Pork, Beef, Deer or mix thereof (15 % to 30 % fat)
1 Bag Jim’s Own Butcher’s Blend Sausage Seasoning
MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:
1. Grind meat through a 1/2 inch plate.
2. Mix seasoning evenly through meat .
3. Regrind through a 3/16 inch, 5/32 inch or 1/8 inch plate.
4. Package in bulk or stuff into casings.
