Pre-Columbian Mexico Vera Cruz Pottery Head of a Warrior or a priest or noble .ca. 250-450 AD This Veracruz figure head is 3 in. High . Shows nice odd crested hairdo, and ear spools much like a king would wear and has a lot of original black paint. This Clay figure indicates that this may be the impression of a flayed mask and shows burning sacrifice. Great addition to a collection . Remember this is over 1,000 years old. Thanks . Please check out my other listings for more Precolumbian items. Comes from a very old Indiana collection.
