Each item is marked for identification - meaning that we are completely aware if an item has been switched; changed or wrongly damaged or replaced. We have record of each item by proof of item marking; photograph; video and/or certification of each item as it is represented in the description. We will notify Ebay immediately if we see any circumstance that is misrepresenting Ebay's policy and procedures.
