The order will be sent in PRIORITY MAIL The chorizo is a smoked sausage made with pork meat and fat , with spices that vary by region , with some who have " Protected Geographical Origin " Typically, seasoned meat and fat are introduced in thin casings , which are then bound at intervals of 30-40 cm, these rolls are separated and are circular shaped . They are then hung in the smokehouse individually , when getting ready with the shape of a horseshoe . The casings can be natural or synthetic , but natural material origin . A variant of the sausage can also be termed as the regions of sausage .
This chouriço(Chorizo/sausage) is meat made and very tasty, I advise to grill it and serve with bread aand acompanied by Oporto Wine!!Delicious!!!
