An exceptional, fine and impressive set of six antique George V English sterling silver napkin rings - boxed; an addition to our dining silverware collection

This exceptional set of antique George V silver napkin rings consists of six napkin rings, each with a cylindrical form.

The surface of each napkin ring is encircled with bright cut engraved scrolling leaf decoration incorporating a circular cartouche to one side, displaying the contemporary bright cut engraved initials 'MV'.

These fine set of antique silver napkin rings are fitted to an impressive hinged leatherette presentation box with a satin and velvet lined interior, securing with a hinged catch.

Condition

These antique sterling silver napkin rings are an exceptional gauge of silver and excellent quality for their type. The napkin rings are in exceptional presentation condition. The bright cut engraved decoration is very crisp. The box is also in presentation condition in keeping with age. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each napkin ring are all very clear; the hallmarks are deeply struck due to the exceptional gauge of silver.
