Condition: New, Old Stock from a Hardware Store that closed over 10 years ago and this stuff is OLDER than that too -- Packaging has NEVER BEEN Opened and has WEAR and "possibly" some may be missing screws as I can't see the in the way they are packaged but I think they are there.
