Seller: storminnorminthrough ✉️ (1,078) 100%, Location: Kingston, Ontario, CA, Ships to: WORLDWIDE, Item: 192338116434 Vintage Elizabeth Taylor 1960 Tristar Action Figure from "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof". This is a gorgeous 11 1/2 inch Elizabeth Taylor doll.  I believe it was made in 1960 by Tristar (the model number is 5212), though it also has a sticker with: " "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and 1958 Loew's inc. and Avon Productions inc." written on the box.  Butterfield 8 is written across the front of the box as well.  I have seen others without the sticker in which she is wearing a black dress, while in this one she is wearing a white dress with pearls.  She is in wonderful shape, beautifully painted eyes and lips, and nice hair.  The dress does have a couple of small spots on it that I did not want to try and clean.  It looks like the original tie-downs are still attaching her to the box, so I'm not sure she's ever been taken out, though the box is not sealed and not in mint condition (see the pictures). All in all, an original, over fifty year old, piece of history. Please contact me with any questions prior to bidding.
