I purchased this from a couple in their 80s along with another Marx Amos N Andy taxi that I am also listing.  This couple also has many other older Marx and other tin toys from the 1930s and a bit later including Dutch Mill, Arcade orange truck, International Harvester Truck, Ham and Sam, & Schieble Hook & Ladder to name a few.  I am trying to purchase these others.  All the toys are in excellent condition considering their age.  I don't know much about this as I can't find another on eBay to attempt to compare so I welcome anybody's expertise. The cab has minor flaws but is excellent overall considering its age.  The trailer that goes with this is unmarked but I assume it to Marx as the wheels are identical to the cab.  The trailer measures about 18 inches in length.  It appears there should have been something else that would have fitted in the 3 metal tongs you see on the top of the trailer. The wind up spins but could use some oiling to make it work better.   Please ask questions and see my other auctions.
