OUR MISSION BG Legendary Bikes is a professional 'structure' which operates all around Italy, in search of bicycles, components, accessories and relics belonging to historical, heroic and modern cycling. Our aim is to fully satisfy the demanding collector by furnishing him bicycles and pieces in same conditions of the founding, without refurbishment or transformation. By doing this we want to make people feel the same emotion that we experience each time we go in an old barn, each time we find an object, a rare historical relic. We are capable of pleasing the expectations and the needs of international costumers, ensuring deliveries and high quality packaging, suitable for guaranteeing the safeguard and protection of the objects. OUR PROCESS Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding Sunday). We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time ofshipment.

PAYMENT We accept PayPal. An unpaid claim case will be opened within eBay after an item goes unpaid for seven (7) days. Be sure to confirm your PayPal shipping address prior to payment. We do not allow changes to an address after payment. We only ship to the confirmed address registered to your PayPal account.

LOCAL PICKUPS local pickup its free of charge

SHIPMENT We ship all orders via tracked courier. Tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with your PayPal account.

RETURNS BG LEGENDARY BIKES staff is always available! We are a professional seller, for this reason we accept return as long as there is a written communication; the restitution of the purchase is accepted within 14 days from the delivery only if the packaging is in initial conditions: not open or broken. RETURN POLICY We stand behind every order. In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us for a return authorization number . Write this number on the outside of your package so we can efficiently process your refund. All returned items must be in the same package not manipulated and in the same condition as they were when you received them. There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not our fault The restitution expenses are always in charge of the costumer: in case of approved return of the object this will be substituted with a same valued piece or with a voucher to be use in our shop within the upcoming 12 months. The forwarding expenses are not reimbursable and they are always in charge of the buyer.

PACKAGING We package objects with care and we do our best, investing energies and time. Our packaging is included in the price, anyway if you have any particular exigencies we are glad to help you and follow your needs.

COMBINED SHIPPING We offer a combined shipping discount for customers wishing to purchase multiple items .if you need a combined shipping , contact us and tell it . after that you can continue to shop for three (3) days after winning their first auction. Once finished, tell us and we will reflect our combined shipping discount. Inside European community combined shipping is 1 euro per additional item weighting less than one kg. for outside Europe ask first.

DELIVERY TIME We inform all buyers that due to possible custom control, taxes, and fees the objects we send from the continental Europe to extra European country, could have a major price or could have important delay in the delivery. This does not depend on us, so the extra expenses are in in charge of the buyers. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
