SHIPPING

·          We ship by FedEx, UPS, USPS, and regional freight/LTL carriers.

·          Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.

·          Local delivery and local pickup options are also available.

·          Please be sure to include your BUSINESS ADDRESS with the payment if purchasing LARGE FREIGHT ITEMS. Please check the items when freight shipping is applied. IF THE ITEM APPEARS TO HAVE DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE LISTING PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE ITEM. Refuse the item and contact us immediately. If the item is signed for when being dropped off, then it is assumed that the condition it was listed in is the same as the time of delivery. Items that are signed for then returned, the buyer will have to pay for the shipping back to our warehouse and a 30% restocking fee will also be applied to the return amount.

We ship to the address provided by eBay if you need ship to the different address, please contact us before making the purchase. Most of the items are shipped with PRIORITY MAIL, most of the large/heavy item are LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY, or buyer most set up shipping on its own. We can ship item overnight or 1 day shipping for extra cost.

RETURNS
