Up for Auction this week is Session 2 of the finest collection of Royal Doultons we have ever handled.  We sold many items from this collection in Aug and the items garnered very good attention so the owner has decided to consign more of his prize pieces from his collection.  All the Doultons will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve as all our auctions have run for over 15 years here on eBay.  Also we are always happy to combine shipping to save you money.

This Auction is for a Very Rare Large Size Blue Pearly Boy Royal Doulton Character Jug.   This original version of 'Arry', a depiction of a London Costermonger, was soon discontinued as it was deemed that production costs were excessive.  It was replaced in late 1947, by the normal brown coloured production jug. The Jug is in very fine condition for the age with minor signs of use and age but no chips, cracks or repairs.  The Character Jug is a nice large size measuring 6-3/4 inches tall by 6 inches wide.  I am sure this Character Jug do not come up for auction often, don't miss out as you will regret it !  We also have listed the Small size Blue Pearly Boy and Small size Pearly Girl Character Jugs in our other auctions, be sure to check them out and save with combined shipping !
