Sandner ?) archtop Jazz GUITAR / Schlaggitarre Made in Germany around the 1950s/1960s - about 105,5cm total length, scale lenght approximately 62cm - redburst jumbo archtop cutaway mahogany body, solid mahogany sides, lower bout 41,5cm, center bout 26cm, upper bout 31cm, sides` hight 8cm - set mahogany Jazz neck with hight and narrow heel, black headstock, quality fingerboard with radius, pearl dot inlays, 21 frets + zerofret, width at (original) nut 42,5mm - high-adjustable quality bridge (Teller, Germany), with adjustable saddles - original tuners (one knob was replaced earlier) - original steel tailpiece, marked MADE IN GERMANY - original strap pin with notekey The guitar is fully playble with good 2,4mm string action (E1 on the 12th fret) There are two fine (harmless) hairline cracks to the solid side near the heel and and around the strap pin . The tops` edge on the upper bout is showing a moderate dent The varnish is showing aquer cracks all over (vintage factor). Otherwise, the varnish is showing normal signs of the time an playing The fingerboard is showing nos signs of wear . The frets have been rounded and are without signs of playing, too .
