Antique Cast Iron Country Store Packer Tape Moistening  Dispenser The Cast Iron Tape Dispenser was Originally Painted Red.  The Brass Plate is marked: "TRADE  PACKER  MARK  MADE BY BETTER PACKAGES INC.  SHELTON, CONN.  COUNTERBOY AUTOMATIC MOISTENING EQUIPMENT". Used & dirty.  The original red paint is worn.  The paper is stained.  The nickel plating on the brass plate is worn.  The bristles in the paint brush head are worn.  The wooden rollers are stained.  One nut has been replaced.  The machine needs to be cleaned. Great desk accessory & conversation piece! Approximate Measurements:  14" x 4" x 5.75".
